They helped us analyze and locate the perfect investment opportunity in our chosen geographic area, pulled in the resources from their team to answer any questions or information we were seeking that wasn't readily available. Their communication and speed is phenomenal. I emphasize speed because in the Northwest housing market, you either move fast or you lose the deal.
